How to change or cancel my reservation.
Please make change or cancel yourself from the site where you made the reservation.
We cannot respond via chat or email.
The cancel policy applies to refunds for any reason.
Cancel policy:
- 14 days ago: 30% (*)
- 3 days ago: 50%
- 1 day ago: 100%
